CANCER COMEBACK CONVERSATIONS
ย Real survivorship stories, honest food and movement education, and the conversations no one had with you about life after cancer treatment, written from inside a real comeback, with ๐พ Ernesto closing out every one.
ย
Welcome in.
This is the corner of the internet built for the part of cancer no one prepares you for, the re-entry. The chapter where treatment has ended, the appointments slow down, the world expects you to be "back to normal," and you are quietly figuring out how to live inside your body, your identity, and your real life again.
Cancer Comeback Conversations is part storytelling, part real-talk education, part can we be honest about this for a second? Every piece is written based on real energy, real capacity, and real life, which I have a feeling you can relate to.
Inside this space, you will find survivorship stories from me and from the survivors I get to walk alongside. You will find food-for-healing education that breaks down ingredients in a way that respects your intelligence and skips the diet noise. When movement enters the conversation, there will almost always be a video to follow along, because rebuilding strength after cancer treatment is something you deserve to be walked through. And you will find honest conversations about the medical system, the frustrating, confusing, and sometimes dismissive experiences survivors carry quietly because no one warned them they were coming.
You will also see Human Design woven in. It is a self-knowledge framework that has helped me (and the survivors I work with inside The Cancer Comeback Club) rebuild energy, routines, and a version of health that fits the human you are becoming, instead of forcing your way back into someone you used to be.
New pieces land monthly-ish โ sometimes more, sometimes less โ because real life after cancer has its own rhythm, and this space honors that.
And every piece closes with ๐พ Ernesto's Paw Perspective,ย a monthly-ish dose of dog wisdom, questionable logic, and very strong opinions about snacks.
Pull up a chair. We are so glad you are here.
