The survivorship gap is real.
Let's close it together.
When cancer treatment ends, the medical system steps back. Your patients, members, and employees are left navigating the hardest chapter of recovery almost entirely alone. The Cancer Comeback Club was built to change that, and there are several ways to bring this work to the people you serve.

Who we work with
The Cancer Comeback Club partners with institutions and organizations
that care about what happens after treatment ends.
Hospitals, Cancer Centers & Oncology Teams
If your hospital is CoC-accredited or NCI-designated, you already have a survivorship care mandate and a real budget to fill it. The Cancer Comeback Club is a structured, purpose-built 21-day program your patients can access the moment active treatment ends, exactly when the medical system hands them back to themselves with nothing to hold onto.
Cancer Organizations & Nonprofits
If your organization exists to serve cancer patients and survivors, you already know the post-treatment gap is real and you are likely sitting on programming budgets actively looking for the right fit to fill it. The Cancer Comeback Club is reproducible, genuinely designed for the post-treatment experience, and built to integrate into the programming infrastructure you already have. We partner with cancer organizations of all sizes to bring group programming, workshops, retreats, and facilitated events to the communities you serve.
Corporate Wellness & HR Teams
There are cancer survivors inside your workforce right now, and when they walk back through the door after treatment, they are often not greeted as the same employee they were before. They become the colleague who had cancer, gently managed, quietly underestimated, handed back their old responsibilities in slow motion while everyone around them tries to figure out how much they can handle now. The Cancer Comeback Club gives those employees the roadmap to become who they actually are after cancer, which for many people turns out to be more resilient, more focused, and more capable than before. They just need the structure to get there.
Conferences, Events & Wellness Summits
Sara speaks on cancer survivorship and the post-treatment gap, identity rebuilding after cancer, and the workforce realities of survivorship for clinical audiences, HR and leadership teams, corporate wellness summits, and general cancer awareness events. Topics can be tailored to your audience and your goals.
The survivorship gap
Treatment ends. The hard part doesn't.
Most cancer survivorship resources only tackle one layer of recovery at a time. Physical therapy addresses the body. Support groups address the heart. Nutrition books address the plate. Almost no program weaves all three together for the survivors who actually need all three at once, right now, in a format they can actually use.
The Cancer Comeback Club closes that gap with three anchors, Movement, Identity-Rebuilding Prompts, and Food for Healing, delivered across 21 structured days and designed from the ground up by a cancer survivor who is also a certified personal trainer, plant-based nutritionist, and cancer wellness coach. This is the roadmap the medical system never had time to give your patients, members, or employees.
"The Cancer Comeback Club focuses on the phase that receives the least guidance from the medical system, the space where treatment has ended, and the survivor is left figuring out how to live inside their body again."Sara Broome, Founder · Colon Cancer Survivor · NASM CPT, CES · eCornell Plant-Based Nutritionist · Cancer Wellness Coach
