💜💙💚 The Cancer Comeback Club 💛🧡🩷
Reclaiming your body.
Rebuilding your identity.
Reintegrating into life after cancer.
A 21-day cancer survivorship program for the season of life after treatment that no one prepares you for.
Here's the thing nobody tells you when cancer treatment ends. After knee surgery, your doctor hands you a ten-week physical therapy plan. After cancer...after the surgeries, the complications, and a body that no longer feels like yours? They say "you're done, see you in six months for a scan," and send you home with no roadmap at all.
That is the gap. That is the now what? almost every survivor hits the moment treatment ends. And it is the gap The Cancer Comeback Club was built to close.
This is a 21-day cancer survivorship and re-entry program, created by a colon cancer survivor and certified personal trainer, for the season of life after cancer treatment no one prepares you for. Through daily movement, Food for Healing education, and identity-rebuilding prompts, you'll come back to your body, your strength, and yourself one day at a time.
Whether you're a survivor stepping into your own comeback, a hospital or cancer organization looking for survivorship programming, or a corporate wellness team supporting an employee returning to work after cancer, pull up a chair.
You're in the right place.
The 3 phases of the Comeback
Cancer doesn't happen all at once. It changes the trajectory of your life in distinct phases.
First comes diagnosis. Then comes treatment. And then, finally, comes the phase almost no one prepares you for.
Survivorship.
What I call the comeback is the natural cycle most cancer survivors move through as they rebuild their lives, and it shows up in three very different ways.
Diagnosis challenges your identity.
Treatment challenges your body.
Survivorship challenges how you move forward in both.
The Cancer Comeback Club focuses on the phase that receives the least guidance from the medical system and the one almost no hospital, oncology team, or aftercare program is built to walk you through. The comeback. The space where treatment has ended, and you are left figuring out how to live inside your body again.
Often, this phase shows up in the quiet months, or even the quiet years, after treatment ends. The appointments slow down, but the questions get louder. The pain doesn't always leave when the chemo does. The mirror still surprises you. And the version of you who walked into cancer is not the same version walking back out and no one has handed you a map for who you are becoming.
This is the season of cancer survivorship where strength has to be rebuilt, confidence has to come home, and survivors begin reclaiming their bodies and rebuilding their lives with intention.
That is the work of survivorship.
And that is exactly what The Cancer Comeback Club was designed to support.
The Three Anchors of Survivorship
When cancer treatment ends… everything can feel untethered.
Your body feels different.
Your energy is unpredictable.
Your nervous system is still braced for the next scan.
Your identity is quietly shifting underneath you.
And the world around you assumes you are simply "back to normal."
Inside The Cancer Comeback Club, we don’t throw ten new habits at you and call it healing.
We focus on three steady anchors you return to every day…
Movement. Prompts. Food.
Three things simple enough to hold onto, and powerful enough to actually rebuild a life. Something you can return to… even on the days your body does not feel like yours yet.
💪 Anchor One: Movement That Rebuilds
This is progressive strength and mobility work, designed specifically for life after cancer treatment, and led by me as your certified personal trainer.
Every session includes thoughtful modifications, so you can meet your body exactly where it is on any given day. Some days that means going deeper. Some days that means slowing all the way down. Both count.
Every workout is body-weight only, with no equipment, no weights, and no fancy anything required. All you need is a mat (or any quiet space at home) and your body. Move from your living room, your bedroom, your hotel room, or wherever you happen to feel safe in your skin that day.
Every movement is taught with personal trainer precision, so you understand the why behind the work, not just the how. You will move through stretch, mobility, balance, core, strength, and yes, booty work too, all sequenced to safely and intentionally rebuild the strength, stability, and confidence cancer treatment took from you.
This is not a fitness program. It is a cancer recovery program disguised as one.
…and yes… 🐾 Ernesto makes his drive-by form check cameos in every video!
📝 Anchor Two: Identity-Rebuilding Prompts
Survivorship is a completely different kind of mind f*ck.
No one prepares you for the mental and emotional whiplash that hits after cancer treatment ends, when everything is supposed to feel "better" but you do not quite feel like yourself. The grief that shows up out of nowhere. The weird new relationship with your body. The version of you who walked into diagnosis is gone, and the version walking out is still figuring out who they are.
Each day includes a short, structured journaling prompt, written specifically for cancer survivors, that builds steadily across the three weeks. Together, they help you process what changed, reconnect with who you are now, and rebuild trust in your own voice.
Over time, you stop second-guessing yourself…and start trusting who you’ve become.
🍽 Anchor Three: Food for Healing and Real-Life Energy
Food gets confusing after cancer…fast.
Suddenly every article you read contradicts the last one, every well-meaning friend has a different theory, and every label in the grocery store feels loaded. It is exhausting, and it is no way for someone who just survived cancer to live.
Inside The Cancer Comeback Club, we simplify it.
I teach you why certain ingredients support inflammation, gut health, hormones, and energy after cancer treatment, so you can make aligned, informed choices without rigid rules or fear. This is food for healing, not food for shrinking.
And yes…this comes with my hilarious but genuinely educational Fun Facts. You will never look at everyday ingredients the same way again.
There are always 🐾 Ernesto-approved snacks… and occasionally some that he strongly does not approve of, but you absolutely should.
How the 21-Day Survivorship Re-Entry Unfolds
Healing after cancer is not linear…some days feel strong…some feel fragile…and almost all of them feel different from the body you used to know.
The Cancer Comeback Club unfolds in three intentional phases, designed to help you rebuild safely, steadily, and in a way that actually honors life after cancer treatment.
Week One, you Awaken.
Week Two, you Reclaim.
Week Three, you Elevate.
One day at a time, one anchor at a time, you come back to yourself.
💜 Week One
Awaken the Human
This week is about gently waking your body back up.
After cancer treatment, so many cancer survivors feel disconnected, fatigued, or quietly afraid of their own body. They wonder what it can still do. They wonder if it will hurt. They wonder if it is even theirs anymore.
Here, we focus on foundational movement that restores mobility, stability, and a sense of safety in your body.
The prompts help you acknowledge what you have been through, without getting stuck there.
The food focuses on energy, digestion, and reducing inflammation, so your body has what it needs to begin rebuilding from the inside out.
This week, you are not here to perform. You are reintroducing yourself to your body.
You are awakening.
💙 Week Two
Reclaim the Human
This is where confidence begins to return.
By Week Two, your body is starting to remember itself. The fatigue softens. The fear of moving wrong begins to quiet. And you catch yourself doing something you would not have tried last week.
We rebuild strength, coordination, and balance so you feel capable again…in a way your body can actually support and sustain.
The prompts go deeper into identity. Who are you now? What matters in this season of life after cancer? Who do you no longer have the energy to keep being?
The food education becomes more strategic, supporting muscle rebuilding, blood sugar stability, and sustained energy, so fatigue does not get to dictate your entire day anymore.
You're not chasing your old self, you're reclaiming your present one.
🩷 Week Three
Elevate the Human
This week is about integration.
By Week Three, something has shifted. Movement feels less like effort and more like coming home. The prompts feel less like questions and more like answers you actually trust.
We continue progressive strength work but now it feels steady. You are not guessing what your body can handle anymore, you are listening to it and adjusting with confidence.
Prompts shift toward clarity and direction. Who are you becoming in this season of life after cancer? What rhythms actually support you long term?
The food reinforces habits you can carry far beyond these 21 days. No rules. No restriction. Just a real, sustainable way of eating that supports your energy and your everyday life.
You are not finishing a challenge.
You are deepening your understanding of your body, your needs, and your strength.
You are elevating.

What Makes This Program Different
Recovery after cancer isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
Most survivorship resources only tackle one of those layers. Physical therapy after cancer focuses on the body. Support groups focus on the heart. Nutrition books focus on the plate. Almost no one weaves all three together for the survivors who actually need all three at once.
That is what makes The Cancer Comeback Club different. We bring these pieces together…through movement, identity-rebuilding prompts, and practical food education, so you can rebuild your strength, your confidence, and your life after cancer treatment in a way that finally makes sense.

Built from Both Expertise
and Lived Experience
Created by a colon cancer survivor and certified personal trainer, this survivorship program blends professional training expertise with the real-life experience of navigating cancer treatment, recovery, and the long road back to yourself.
🐾Ernesto-approved leadership…steady, honest, and human.
Cancer treatment may end…but rebuilding a life takes time.
So many cancer survivors want and deeply need support rebuilding their strength, their confidence, and their identity after treatment. But programs like this one are often financially out of reach during an already exhausting and expensive season of life. Medical bills are still arriving. Time off work is catching up. Insurance covered the cancer, but it does not cover the comeback.
That’s why The Cancer Comeback Club Sponsorship Program exists.
Through sponsorship, individuals, families, employers, hospitals, cancer organizations, and corporate giving programs can fund seats inside the program, giving real cancer survivors access to structured, science-backed survivorship support as they rebuild life after cancer treatment. Each sponsored seat helps someone reconnect with their body, rebuild their strength, and begin moving forward again.
And as seats are funded…the Comeback Phoenix rises.
This sponsorship mission is deeply personal to me. The support I received during my own recovery is the only reason I was able to actually heal, instead of being forced back to work before my body could carry me. I would not have recovered the way I did without those gifts. The support meant more than the money. It meant someone believed in my comeback. This program was created so I could extend that same kind of belief to others who are standing where I once stood.
Watch the Phoenix rise…
Each sponsored seat fills a heart flame inside the Phoenix on this page, a visual reminder of real people, with their real initials inside the heart, being supported, one comeback at a time.
This is a direct investment in someone's cancer comeback.
Multiple sponsorship levels are available, from sponsoring a single survivor to funding extended, high-touch care across hospital systems, employer groups, and cancer support organizations.
Sponsor a Survivor
Sponsored Seats Are Here for You, Too.
Cancer recovery can bring real financial stress…on top of everything else you have already carried.
If you are navigating life after cancer and you feel that The Cancer Comeback Club (and the other coaching opportunities inside) could support your recovery, but the financial investment is simply out of reach in this season of your life, you can request a sponsored space inside the program. There is no shame in asking. Asking for support is part of the comeback, not a step back from it.
The Cancer Comeback Club Sponsorship Program is designed to connect cancer survivors like you with individuals, families, and organizations who have chosen to fund access, so you can receive structured survivorship support as you rebuild your life after cancer treatment.
Different levels of support are available depending on what you need and you will be able to choose what feels right for you when you submit your request.
Support is offered as sponsorships become available
For Hospitals, Cancer Organizations & Corporate Wellness Teams
Partnerships, group programming, workshops, retreats, and speaking events designed to close the survivorship gap your patients, members, and employees are walking through right now.
If you lead a hospital survivorship program, an oncology team, a cancer support organization, a nonprofit serving cancer patients, or a corporate wellness initiative, you already know there is a real gap in what the medical system offers cancer survivors once treatment ends. Your patients, members, and employees are walking through it right now, often quietly, often alone.
The Cancer Comeback Club was built to close that gap. And there are several ways for institutions and organizations to bring this work to the people you serve.
Group Licensing
Bring The Cancer Comeback Club to the cancer survivors in your hospital, organization, or workforce as a structured 21-day survivorship program. Available in customizable cohort sizes for hospital systems, cancer centers, cancer support organizations, and employer groups. Pricing scales with seat volume.
Workshops & Retreats
Live and virtual workshops, intensive trainings, and multi-day in-person retreats built around the Three Anchors of Survivorship: Movement, Prompts, and Food for Healing. Every engagement is co-designed with your team for survivors, oncology staff, or institutional events.
Keynote Speaking
Sara speaks on cancer survivorship, the post-treatment gap, identity rebuilding after cancer, plant-based nutrition for survivors, and the case for institutionally supported survivorship care. Topics tailored to clinicians, hospital leadership, corporate wellness teams, or general audiences.
Let's Start a Conversation
Tell me a little about your organization and the survivors you serve. I read every inquiry personally and will reach back out within a few business days to set up a real conversation about how we can work together.
For Cancer Survivors
If you are navigating life after cancer treatment and everything feels different, this program was built for you.
✔ Survivors whose bodies have changed and who want safe, structured movement to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after cancer.
✔ Survivors who want real, science-backed education about food and healing…not confusion or conflicting advice.
✔ Survivors who want a program and a community that truly understands the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that come with cancer.
If you are ready to reconnect with your body and begin your real comeback, you belong here.
And Just as Much For…
✔ Hospitals, oncology teams, and cancer centers searching for a structured survivorship program they can confidently offer to patients once treatment ends.
✔ Cancer support organizations and nonprofits looking to expand their survivorship programming, partner on workshops, retreats, or speaking events, or sponsor seats for the survivors they serve.

Imagine rebuilding strength and confidence in your body again.
Imagine moving through your day without negotiating every step. Eating without anxiety. Looking in the mirror and starting to recognize who is looking back.
With movement designed for real cancer survivorship recovery, food education grounded in science (not diet fads), and a very supportive dog named 🐾Ernesto cheering you on every single day…
The Cancer Comeback Club becomes your structured path to rebuild your strength, reconnect with your body, and navigate life after cancer with clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.

About Me & Ernesto
Hi, I’m Sara.
I'm a colon cancer survivor and a Cancer Wellness Coach. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist (NASM CPT, CES, WLS), a Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist trained through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell, and I am completing my Life Coach Certification this year. I am also the founder of The Cancer Comeback Club, a program I built because I needed it first.
After multiple major surgeries, an ileostomy (then reversed), 12 incisions up and down my abdomen, and a body I no longer recognized, my doctors said "you're done, see you in six months for a scan," and sent me home with no roadmap at all. After knee surgery, patients get a ten-week physical therapy plan. After cancer? NOTHING! So I spent years rebuilding my body and my identity alone, until I finally found the kind of survivorship care I should have been offered the day I was discharged.
That experience changed me. And it lit a fire under what I am building today.
The Cancer Comeback Club is one piece of a bigger mission: to close the survivorship gap that hospitals, oncology systems, and corporate wellness programs are only beginning to recognize. I work directly with cancer survivors through this 21-day program, and my work extends to hospitals, cancer organizations, and corporate wellness teams through survivorship programming, partnerships, workshops, retreats, and speaking events designed to better support the survivors in their care.
If you are a survivor, this is your roadmap. If you are a hospital, a cancer support organization, or a corporate wellness leader, this is your invitation to partner on something the system has quietly needed for a very long time.
And then there is 🐾Ernesto, my rescue dog. My drive-by form check assistant in every video. The quiet, steady presence who reminded me, on the hardest days, that we could always try again tomorrow. That spirit is woven into every video, every prompt, and every Food for Healing Fun Fact inside this program.
We do this work with heart, we do it with humor, and we do it with the unshakable belief that no survivor should ever have to figure this out alone.
