A weekly in-person meetup for cancer survivors at any stage, with no gym membership needed. Lower-energy days are always welcome, so come exactly as you are.

What you will get:

• A warm check-in and 20 minutes of approachable strength, mobility and stretching
• A featured food for healing, with a small sample to taste
• Reflection and conversation in the Chill Room, plus time to stay and connect afterward
