Join Us Live
Free weekly virtual sessions and in-person Sunday gatherings for cancer survivors who are ready to rebuild strength and find a community of people who truly understand life after cancer, whether you join us from home on Wednesdays or in the room with us on Sundays in Westminster, Colorado.
A Place to Come Back to Yourself, Together
Hi, I'm Sara, a cancer survivor, personal trainer and the founder of the Cancer Comeback Club, and I created these live sessions because life after cancer can feel strangely lonely, even when everyone around you is celebrating that treatment is over. So many of us walk out of that last appointment wondering who we are now and how to trust our bodies again, and I wanted there to be a place where you could figure that out alongside people who understand without needing the whole backstory.
Whether you finished treatment last month or ten years ago, you are welcome here. Each session blends gentle, approachable movement with honest reflection and real connection, and it meets you exactly where you are that day, which means low-energy days count and modifications are always part of the plan. My rescue dog 🐾 Ernesto, our official Director of Good Vibes, usually makes an appearance too.
Check In and Move
Sundays open with about 10 minutes to say hello and settle in, followed by 20 minutes of approachable strength, mobility and stretching with modifications and progressions so you can meet your body where it is that day.
Food for Healing
Next we spend about 15 minutes exploring a featured food or ingredient, where I share why I chose it and how it may support recovery and overall wellness, and I bring a small sample for anyone who wants to try it.
Reflect in the Chill Room
We close with about 15 minutes of reflection and conversation around a Cancer Comeback Club mindset prompt, often circling back to the question at the heart of our program, "Who am I becoming now?"
Cancer Comeback Collective: Sundays In Person
Every Sunday, 10:00 to 11:00 AM
E-Motion, 9140 W 100th Ave, Ste A11, Westminster, CO 80021, right on the Westminster and Broomfield border
This weekly in-person meetup for cancer survivors in the Denver metro area is a place to rebuild strength, learn something new and explore what this next chapter can look like alongside other people who have been there. Each Sunday flows from a warm check-in into movement, then a featured healing food you can taste, and then a real conversation in the Chill Room. If you are having a lower-energy day, come anyway, because stretching, taking it easy or hanging out on the mat with 🐾 Ernesto all counts.
Afterward you are welcome to stay and get to know the other survivors in the group. The drop-in is $20 with no gym membership needed, so you can come every week or whenever your schedule and energy allow.
